Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the b9ga Platform. The opening or operation of multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b9ga reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without prior notice upon detection of multi-accounting.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must promptly update such information if it changes. b9ga reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registered information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, b9ga requires each Member to complete full KYC verification. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport. Additional documentation, such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership, may be requested at b9ga's discretion. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your b9ga login credentials, including your username and password. b9ga strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify b9ga customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. b9ga will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Member's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
Deposits to the b9ga Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source, where practicable.
b9ga does not charge deposit fees, however your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed to the Member's nominated payment method within thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
b9ga reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified where additional documentation is required.
b9ga operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits made to the Platform must only be withdrawn using the same payment method by which they were deposited, to the extent that is technically feasible. b9ga reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Deposits must represent legitimate personal funds; wagering with proceeds of any unlawful activity is strictly forbidden.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by b9ga are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. In the event of a technical malfunction, error in game software, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, b9ga reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. b9ga does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
All sports bets, including PSL and international cricket markets, are subject to b9ga's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, b9ga's decision, made by reference to official data sources, shall be final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9ga and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds attributable to system failure outside b9ga's reasonable control.
b9ga's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit b9ga's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
b9ga collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
b9ga applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Platform and Members' devices. Personal data is processed only as necessary for the provision of Platform services, compliance with legal obligations, and the prevention of fraud and money laundering.
b9ga reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered Account email address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform.
